Blanks are pressed and sintered to your geometry, then ground on critical faces with tight thickness and tolerance control so your edge preparation and coating processes run consistently.

Grades: substrate grades optimized for PVD or CVD coating and your workpiece material

Which insert shapes and sizes can you supply?

Standard ISO indexable shapes such as CNMG, DNMG, SNMG, TNMG and VNMG, plus fully custom profiles produced to your drawing, including chipbreaker forms that are pressed rather than ground.

Are the blanks sintered, pre-ground or finished?

All three routes are available: as-sintered blanks for tool makers who grind in house, pre-ground blanks to cut your grinding steps, and finished coated inserts where you need a ready-to-use tool.

What tolerance can you hold on insert blanks?

Pressed blanks are supplied within standard sintered tolerances; where the insert is ground after sintering we work to the tolerances on your drawing. Send the drawing and our engineers will confirm the achievable class for your geometry.

Can you match my existing pressing die geometry?

Yes. Send the drawing or a sample of the current insert and we will quote blanks that fit your existing pressing and grinding route, so your tooling does not have to change.

What is the MOQ and can I order samples first?

There is no fixed MOQ for standard shapes. Sample orders are welcome so you can verify geometry and grade before volume production; shipping is freight collect.
