This sputtering target is made of 100% binderless tungsten carbide (no binder phase).
Binderless Carbide Manufactured by HIP using a hot press sintering process, this product utilises advanced production technology and stable raw materials to ensure a fine and uniform grain size. The pure tungsten carbide is close to the theoretical density (≥15.5g/cm³) and does not contain any harmful substances such as cobalt or nickel.

Nickel-based tungsten carbide

sputtering targets are environmentally friendly and cost-effective materials that are safe for both the environment and human health.

Cobalt-based tungsten carbide

WTi/WSi target material

Industries seek high-performance WTi sputtering targets that produce fewer particles, highly uniform thin films, and possess good electrical properties. Our WTi targets also have high purity and density, meeting the requirements for reliable diffusion barriers in complex integrated circuits.
