Who we are

YATECH MATERIALS is a le carbure de tungstène manufacturer based in the Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu, China. For more than 20 years we have produced cemented carbide blanks, wear parts, dies and precision components for tool makers and industrial OEMs in over 40 countries — from saw tips and mining buttons to EDM blocks, drawing die nibs and waterjet nozzles.

Our plant covers the whole chain under one roof: powder preparation, pressing, sintering, precision grinding and EDM machining, grade development and in-house quality control. Because the process is not split across subcontractors, we can quote within 24 hours, ship first samples in 7–15 days and keep the grade consistent from the first batch to the five-hundredth.

What we do

  • Custom & OEM production — PDF, DWG or STEP drawings reviewed by our engineers before quoting, with DFM feedback included.
  • Grade development — grain size and cobalt content matched to the wear mechanism instead of a catalogue default.
  • Blanks, wear parts and precision parts — near-net sintered, ground, lapped or EDM finished.
  • In-house QC — density, hardness and dimensional reports with every shipment; ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified.

Inside our plant

From powder to packed parts

Eight stations, one roof. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can hold a grade from the first batch to the five-hundredth — and why a drawing can become a quote in 24 hours.

Certificates & Test Reports

Our management systems are independently certified by China Quality Mark Certification Group (CQM) — accredited by CNAS and a member of IAF and IQNET — and re-audited every year. Product compliance is verified by SGS. Certificates cover the design and manufacture of cemented carbide products and mining rock drilling tools.

Issued to SHAREATE TOOLS LTD. (YATECH manufacturing entity), Weiting, Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu, P.R. China. In SGS report SHAMLP1823688702 a grey metal rod sample was tested to RoHS 2011/65/EU (as amended): cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBBs and PBDEs were all not detected (ND). Certificate validity can be verified at cnca.gov.cn.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the part and grade. Stock blanks can ship in small quantities, and custom parts are quoted per drawing. Sample runs are always possible before a volume order.

How fast will I get a quote?

Within 24 hours for complete drawings (PDF, DWG or STEP). A quote from YATECH includes DFM feedback from our engineers, not just a price.

Can you produce from my drawing or a physical sample?

Yes. We work from PDF, DWG and STEP files, and we can also reverse-engineer a sample part — measuring it, matching the grade and quoting any tooling.

Which tungsten carbide grades do you offer?

A full range from fine-grain wear-resistant grades to high-toughness mining grades, in standard and custom formulations. See the grade selection guide for typical applications.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign your NDA — or provide ours — before drawings change hands, and drawings stay with our engineering team.

Can we visit or audit the factory?

Yes. Our plant in the Suzhou Industrial Park is open to customer visits and third-party audits; a live video walkthrough can be arranged first.

Start a project

Send a drawing. Get a quote in 24 hours.

Tell us the part, the grade if you already know it, and the annual volume. Our engineers read every inquiry — not a call center, not a trading desk.

  • Quote within 24 hours, with DFM feedback on your drawing.
  • First samples in 7–15 days, production ramp after you approve them.
  • NDA signed before drawings change hands, when you need one.
  • Typical orders run from a few hundred pieces to multi-year programs.

No newsletter, no reseller in between. Your drawing stays with our engineering team.
